I’m Annalise, and I LOVE the hospitality and events industry. I love working with vendors and clients to create something magical. I love starting a project and working out all the details and seeing it through to the end. And I LOVE helping hospitality businesses grow.
My career started in 2008 with a Hudson Valley Catering Company where I went from server to Catering Manager over 11 years. I became an expert in menu creation, building full kitchens with rental equipment, staffing, and managing client communications, expectations and budgets. My time there taught me that while my first love is weddings and events, my skills can also be utilized to help other local companies get organized and improve their client/vendor relationships
My next moves were working with a high end wedding planner and consulting with some of the area’s best event venues. For these businesses I provided virtual support, set up state of the art CRM systems and helped them shape and streamline their processes and products.
Eventually, I discovered that supporting hospitality professionals and helping their businesses grow was my passion. So, I decided to strike out on my own and use my operational, technical and service skills to better businesses just like yours.
